@Donkey_Guy_10 - I don't suppose you'd settle for half of a Nestle $100,000 bar.
Is Xanga actually shutting DOWN and then starting up again? I am clueless about all this. If the goals aren't met, will Xanga be gone for good? I am wondering if I should find another blog spot just in case! I don't wanna say good bye. WAhhhhhhhhhh...........
don't like to say bye =(
Hello! I am collecting for the xanga relaunch campaign! Do you have any chocolate?
Goodbyes are just so sad
I hope we see you again.
Enjoy your trip John . HopefulMichel
Good Bye!!
I hope Bishop is still alive before I get around to visit you and your cabin. However I would visit Donkey guy first only because he is nearer to where I live.
We'll see each other again soon, one way or another. Love the kitties!
Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetime, is certain for those who are friends. ~Richard Bach said this ~ but I feel this in my heart...."Te veo despues"
Good bye, Great Artist. Perhaps we will meet in the great Xanga Afterlife, be it WordPress or Blogster, or on whatever other site Xanga refugees may be found.
Dear John,Cats and car trips. I've got a few stories about them too. Wonderful painting, as usual. Thank you as well for your recent visit to and comment on my blog.Michael F. Nyiri, poet, philosopher, fool
Nope! If we all would go to the same place at least for now we still have our community. The only place I've found close to xanga is http://www.blogster.com/a-thousandmiles/. It is very much like here for me as far as easily communicating and I've found a few xangan's there. The joy, smiles & laughter i get from coming to your page has made many lonely days good one's John. I know we all are in shock and hurting. It feels like a death of many family members. It's going to feel much worse in a few months if we cannot find each other when we want (need) what we had. Anyway i think i know you better than good bye... Guess what! Our old country home came up for sale and we are moving back this month!!! As much as i have talked about it i thought you would like to know. We are going home... If you want to see a photo it's on the front page at the link above (about me). They put siding on it but hopefully we can take it off and get it back to it's rustic look. I can't wait to sit on my wrap around porch. That 5 acre plot of land if a piece of heaven for us. And yes it is as far from the road as it looks. :0)much love~ Cj
Aw. Are the beautiful kitties going on a trip?! I don't like good-byes.Your paintings always bring smiles to my face! Thank you!!!HUGS!!!
*waves* Goodbye humpalumpalaff!
Great painting. I'm glad we became friends on here. I believe I gave you my e-mail address and link to my blog on wordpress, right?
Aww this is the perfect picture! I love your paintings, and I'm so glad I had the chance to be your Xanga friend!
@leaflesstree - My wife and I went to the camp this weekend, only this time we brought the two cats! Bishop, the black cat ahs made the trip with me a couple of times. He was in his glory, climbing around on the logs, exploring the loft, running up and down the spiral staircase, like a little kid. Max on the other hand has never made a long car journey and by the time we arrived at camp, she was covered in drool, and then she spent the first four hours hiding under the bed! That is, until supper time. Eventually she settled down and relaxed, began to explore.
Poor kitties left at home. I feel bad when I go out and live my kitty at home alone. He probably just sleeps all day but I still feel a little bad.
