  • Oil Changes

    Farm hand Hickory
    they called him
    a heartless humming human
first shown in black and white
cut Buddy right out of the picture

By a simple twist of fate
    a heavy house
    and rusty shoulders
    Nick Chopper met his mates

    Haley's comet rose
in a land where the road
is paved in bricks of gold

In a lullaby over and over
of somewhere that I dreamed of.

The oil can changed his life forever

  • Keep your motor running baby, I want to check your oil
Keep your motor running baby, I want to check your oil
I got the dipstick handy and the radiator’s ‘bout to boil

She got twin carburettors of the kind I like to tune
She got twin carburettors of the kind I like to tune
Keep that motor running baby, morning night and afternoon

Don’t need no choke ‘cause she’s already hot
Hangs on in the turns and she knows what’s what
Her plugs are firing and her points are good
Everything’s sure fine underneath that hood
Keep your motor running baby, I want to check your oil
I got the dipstick handy and the radiator’s ‘bout to boil

Slip you out of neutral straight, on into overdrive
She’ll slip you out of neutral, straight on into overdrive
Keep that motor running baby, morning noon or night it’s alright

Don’t need no choke ‘cause she’s already hot
Hangs on in the turns and she knows what’s what
Her plugs are firing and her points are good
Everything’s sure fine underneath that hood
Keep your motor running baby, I want to check your oil
I got the dipstick handy and the radiator’s ‘bout to boil
