o.k. so I clicked on notforprofits link and I could see that...did you get a dog or what?
I even tried to copy and paste your link in my browser...no luck here either...
I don't see a video, but then again, several couldn't see my slide show so...
So the new strange situation for me is the video doesn't show up on the reading, just the link even if it is there and visible on my website. Used to be such a simple thing to do.
The key to embedding a YouTube video is just to put it as pure http (no embedding code on) its own line:

When done in a post, it should embed itself in WordPress just fine.
It won't work (embed) in this comment, but does in the context of a post.
I am also missing pictures although the link to your site on your comment worked. I tried to go back and edit some posts where pictures are missing and it didn't seem to be working this morning. Happy Monday!

I see the video alright. But I had to turn the volume really high to hear the faint music. I thought I had heard it on your original site earlier in the year.

Oh. HAHA! We were making it harder than it needed to be by trying to use the embed code rather than just the share link. I'm glad to know. YAY! Not that I use this feature much, but still.

When you add that text in text mode - where you should - as soon as you click update - it strips it out!
You can make the post private while you test!
I tested, retested, tested again and retested once again, and still no luck.
The site won't let you upload a .mov (movie) file for posting either. Says it is too dangerous at the end of the upload.
